Shipping policy

Champion Candles currently offers standard UK delivery for £4.99. The applicable delivery charge will always be shown before you complete your purchase.

We do not currently operate an automatic free-delivery order threshold. From time to time we may offer temporary delivery promotions, which will be clearly stated when available.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as promptly as possible. Any delivery estimate given at checkout or in your order communications is an estimate and may be affected by busy periods, bank holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.

Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed with you, your order will be delivered within the period required by UK consumer law.

Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged or you experience a delivery problem, please contact us through the Contact Us page with your order details so we can investigate.
